Alicante Airport

The proximity to this airport, 3 kilometres, makes us the best option if you need to take an early flight or if it arrives late at night.

The Internation Airport of Alicante is one of the most important tools for tourism in the south east of Spain. And so its supported by the all the airlines operations done from and to it, companies like Air Berlin, Ryanair, Norwegian, Monarch, Transavia, Flybe, Jet2, & many others. Covering the totality of scandinavian and nordic states.

If you need to fly to Algerie, you can use Air Algerie & Vueling.

It is quite easy to achieve from our Hostal, you can achieve it by public transports like taxi or buses like the line 1B or Baile. It will take you less than 10 minutes.

Beaches

Our golden sand beaches are our main claim from spring till autumn. And why not? Out of theses seasons are great to find your relax time and to chill out.

- El Altet Beach: 
Located less than 2 kilometres far from our Hostal, is an unique sort of beach in our loved and mass constructed mediterranean shore. It keeps its natural condition without any human construction in it, because its a biological reserve, which still keeps some protected specimens of "flora & fauna".

Without any construction around it, and protected by an unique sand hill system this beach has become a reference in the Costa Blanca, This is an old school beach, as natural beaches should been kept.

If you are looking for a quiet beach this is your beach. With its more than 2 kilometres wide shore there is enough space for everyone.

In its noth side, nudism can be practiced, just beside Urbanova Beach.

The access to the this beach can be done as pedestrian, by bike, by own vehicule or with public transport. If you decide to take the bus this info will be helpful: Baile  líneas1B and línea 2 and the summer time bus EL Altet-Playa El aLtet, which only works from june to september.

- Arenales del Sol:
Arenales del Sol is located 3 kilometres far from our Hostal. This beach has a marked urban profile since 70's decade, but during the last few years new access with footbridges have been promoted in order to enjoy the most remoted areas.

Arenales del Sol offers every kind of beach tourist services. Like chiringuitos, restaurants beside the beach, all its long, stores and markets, many bars with ssswterrace where to have a break of the beach. 

If you want to joy water sports you can find some specialized centres in this beach.

We ought remark that also you can find out a very nice and unique park called Clot de Galvany, it is a wet area where birds and ducks are nested and developed.

- CARABASSÍ BEACH :
A golden & thin sand beach, with an unique high sand hill system which combines pines trees and local flora. It has a great ecologic value for the environment. It offers as well a wide parking space connected to the beach shore by wood walkways throw the dunes.

It has a part of it catalogued as free beach, what it means that naturalist can be there without any costumes. The day categorized as high season you can find there every kind of people, those who wear costumes and those who don't.

- Chapel beach:
This beach belong to Santa Pola, but it's quite near to our place. White sand beach surrounded by rocks. It thakes the name because there is placed a chapel. In its way to the south you can find little beaches with the same characteristics, and do not hesitate to visit the classic chiringuitos, where you can have a real summer paella.

During the summer time you can find there every kind of chiringuitos, those where you can have from a simple soft drink till those open till late, or early morning.

The access is quite good if you want to go there by car, also riding a bike is a good option to achieve this place.
The parking is also a landing ground for paraglidding lovers. Whichis a very well known activity. Paraglidders jump and fly from the top of Santa Pola Cape.  

- SALADAR Beach:
It belongs to Alicante, but shares most of our local beaches characteristics, its the natural continuation of El Altet beach, but in its way to the north.

In this beach you can find a promenade all the beach long, and there you can find many restaurants anb bars where to calm you needings.

It has as well a service for handicaped persons who want to joy the beach.

- TABARCA:
Is an Island placed just 3 milles far from the cape of Santa Pola. Whit crystal clear water and its spectacular fauna & flora, will make one of the best experiences for snorkling lovers and regular swimmers.

If you decide to visit it, you have to , ought to, try their fishers dishes. High quality cooking, becasue its a fishers island and all the product that they use, is just fished up. Boat Schedules.

Alicante

The Town and capital city of Costa Blanca. Is just placed 9 kilometres far from us. Its a mediterranean & modern town full of services for the tourist. Starting point for the travellers who decide to come with the high speed train line AVE.

With an urban beach called Postiguet, and its harbour you can feel the essence of the mediterranean sea once you walk in their streets.

If you decide to visit Alicante, a Must is the visit to the castle, the highest place in the city, the balcony to the sea and inner ground. From there you can visit the old town and the city centre

Alicante is a good destination during all the year, but if you are planning to visit it during June, be sure that you will be here the last week, when its celebrated its festivities, LES FOGUERES.

Achieve the town from the Hostal is quite easy, there are many bus services to do it.

Elche

An oasis in the mediterranean. A village with a high culture in its streets. Ready for the pedestrians and shaking out a recent industrial history, offers to the visitiors unique palm tree gardens.

Without any doubt, it is one of the hidden secrets that still remain out of the tourist knowledge. Even it has 2 UNESCO items: El Palmeral y El Misteri.

Arriving to elche is quite simple by bus  líneas1B and línea 2.

but we do recommend to use a private vehicule if you are short in time, and then find a parking where to leave it. Do not hesitate to ask us about Elche in the Hostal.

Once the industry has left the centre of the town, it's been placed quite near to focus all the productivity in one point. So there is production and also the output selling. Most of factories offer to their visitors the chance to get a good price in the ourlet products and also offer a new line products.
